Hourly and weekly planning with Nureti Calendar

Planning your day - keeps the doctor away..
Too much?
Okay okay. It might not keep the doctor away, but it will still give you some benefits! And honestly, when I have planned my week, and have a full overview ... "I'm walking on sunshine" (.. whoa-oh!)
Let me tell you...
Benefits of daily planner
Better focus and less stress
When you know what tasks to do and when you have to get them done, you don't have to keep it all in your head.
You can start focusing on actually doing the tasks.
Clear priorities
If you plan, not only monthly or weekly, but also use a daily planner, or maybe even an hourly planner, you can prioritize your work to get even more out of it. You decide what to be done and what can wait and spend your time the best.
No forgotten tasks
Using a daily planner will be a big help in avoiding missing deadlines and meetings.
Control of your time
Planning your week, or your day, hour by hour will also give you an overview of when to say 'No' to things, and make room for breaks, and you will still get things done.
I use daily and hourly planning in both my work- and my personal life.
I use it for making sure I don't forget to send that e-mail, or don't forget to write that memo. And off course, also for meetings and worktasks in general.
Does Nureti have a planner function?
Yes we do!
You can use our calendar to plan, monthly, weekly, daily and hourly.
How to:
In the Nureti Calender feature you can use, monthly, weekly, work-weekly and daily planner.
If you create a task in the Monthly planner it will be a full day event. This means that if you have the same task, all day, all week you can add it to the calender by clicking and draging your mouse, or your finger if using the phone, on all the days you want to include. It will cover the worktime, that has been set up in the system, by your administrator.
If you have different tasks, throughout the day, use the weekly planner or work-week planner.
You have a 24 hour planner, with the minimum of 15 min. slots. If you click the calender, on the timeslot you want, it will automatical choose a 15 min. session. If you need a more specific timeslot, click and drag from start time to end time, chose project and task, and it is now added to your calender.
Checking of the Save project, task and comment as default value will give you the same possibility as using the monthly planner. You will be able to register the same project and task over several days, or on different time slots on the same day.
For examle if you have the same meeting, in the morning and in the afternoon. Checking the mentioned box, will make it easier for you to add the meeting as you dont have to choose the same project and task over and over.
The project chosen will stay until you uncheck the box.
It works just the same in the Daily planner view
But it might give you an even better overview of your day.
It's all synced!
It doesn't matter if you plan in the daily-, weekly- or work weekly planner, it all shows up in the monthly planner - and the other way around. This means you can plan in details, and still get the full overview when you need it.
That's nice!
